Klynx provides automated messaging services that allow businesses to communicate with customers via SMS in response to inbound inquiries. Messages may include responses to missed calls, appointment scheduling, service updates, and customer support.

2. User Consent

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from businesses using Klynx through clear and explicit consent methods. These methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Submitting a website form that contains a clear, unchecked SMS consent checkbox
  • Providing their phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS communications
  • Initiating contact with a business and consenting to receive follow-up messages
  • Providing verbal consent during a customer interaction, where applicable

By providing prior express consent, users agree to receive SMS messages related to their inquiry or interaction with a business using Klynx. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responses to missed calls
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service-related updates and follow-ups

All SMS communications facilitated by Klynx are conversational and transactional in nature unless additional, separate consent is obtained for marketing communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, users may reply HELP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any goods or services.

Klynx maintains records of user consent in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

3. Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you initiate contact again.

Klynx messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier availability.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including sending spam or unsolicited messages.

10. Service Availability

Klynx is not liable for any delays, message failures, or damages resulting from the use of the Service.
